The Effects of Depressive Symptoms on Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors During Pregnancy

Purpose: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect depressive symptoms on healthy lifestyle behaviors during pregnancy.
 Methods: This a descriptive and cross-sectional study. sample consisted 314 pregnant women. Data collection tools were developed by researchers reviewing literature. In study, an Introductory Information Form, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors Scale-II used.
 Results: Results indicated that 19.1% women found be at risk for depression (EPDS≥12). While mean HLBS II total scores 136.83±24.11, highest subscale was "Spiritual Development" with score 26.55±5.27, lowest "Physical Activity" 15.59±4.91.
